Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent lowering of work environment due to dispersion of adverse PCB, safely decompose a PCB transformer, and thereafter, to incinerate the PCT transformer thereby detoxifying the same.SOLUTION: A disposal device 100 comprises a cutting unit 20 for cutting a PCB transformer 1, and an incinerator 40 for incinerating parts 19 cut by the cutting unit 20. The cutting unit 20 comprises: a closed chamber 21; a decomposition pool 22 in which the PCB transformer 1 is carried; a cutting machine 30 which cuts and decomposes the PCB transformer 1; and an exhaust fan 23 which exhausts air in the closed chamber 21 thereby reducing a pressure in the chamber. The closed chamber 21 includes a carrying-in port 21B for the PCB transformer 1 and an exhaust port 21A for cut parts 19, the carrying-in port 21B and the exhaust port 21A are provided with an opening/closing door 28 which can hold a pressure-reduced state in the closed chamber in a closed state. The cutting machine 30 is a backhoe 30X in which a cutter 33, which holds and cuts the PCB transformer 1 by a pair of cutting tools 33A, is connected to a tip of a universal arm 34.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
