Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make easily optimizable extraction conditions such as extraction temperature and extraction time and to make only the desired component extractable separately from raw materials.
SOLUTION: Air supplied from a pressurizing mechanism part 50 is supplied through a pressurizing pipe 56 into a heating container 22. Accompanying this operation, hot water in the heating container 22 is pushed up through a liquid passing pipe into an extraction chamber. When the extraction of coffee is completed in the extraction chamber, a discharging pipe 15 and a separating pipe 42 are communicated by a switching valve 41, and afterwards, air is supplied from a pressure control part 53 again, and hot water is further pushed up into the liquid passing pipe. Thus, the coffee liquid already existent in the extraction chamber is discharged through the discharging pipe 15 into a separation container 43.
