This feeding device comprises a conveyance trough 4 which conveys the neck flange parts of shapeless containers 1 with a neck while suspension container drum parts are arranged in the same direction one upon another, and a conveyance disc 8 which scoops up a neck part from the tip of the conveyance trough 4 and continuously horizontally rotates to feed the shapeless containers 1 to a continuous rotation rotary type filler 5. Further, this feeding device comprises a hook step 81a to have a stopper flange having a spirally gently changing gradually approaching edge face 81b and scoop up the neck flange part; a container neck part press lever 88 oscillatorily mounted so as to press the neck flange part and a nip spring 77 intervened between a conveyance disc 8 and a lever 88. A set of the hook steps 81a, the lever 88, and the nip spring 77 is arranged at equal pitches to the pitches of the grippers 7 of the rotary filler 5. A cam 86 for releasing a nip to oscillate the lever 88 in a given feed position in a direction in which the neck flange part is released from a nip is fixed at the rotary filler 5.
