Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for generating neutrons by nuclear fusion, by the use of electromagnetic interaction.SOLUTION: A device for generating neutrons by nuclear fusion places a container that: can rotate around a rotational axis; has inner spaces arranged radially toward the outside of the rotational axis; and is arranged with metals in outer portions of the inner spaces. The device arranges, above the rotational axis, a magnetic field generator generating a magnetic field in a constant direction along the rotational axis of the container. Further, the device places an electromagnetic wave generator applying electromagnetic waves to the inner spaces.
