Abstract:
To provide a device and a method for oxidating sandstone uranium ore through micro-nano bubble capable of improving oxidation efficiency, improving the leaching effect of uranium, accelerating the leaching of uranium, and improving an economical effect.SOLUTION: There is provided a device comprising: a reactor 1 including a first liquid inlet, a first liquid outlet, a fourth liquid inlet, a first liquid pumping port and a sampling port; a micro-nano bubble generator 2 having a second liquid inlet, a second liquid outlet and a gas inlet; an oxygen generator 3, the ozone generator 4 and the CO2 steel cylinder 5 that are all connected with the gas inlet of the micro-nano bubble generator; a reaction column 8 connected with the first liquid pumping port through a peristaltic pump 10, wherein a third liquid inlet is formed in the bottom of the reaction column; a liquid supplementing tank 16 having a second liquid pumping port, wherein a fourth liquid inlet is connected with the second liquid pumping port through a peristaltic pump; a liquid collecting tank 9 connected with a gas and liquid discharging opening, wherein the liquid collecting tank is provided with an exhaust port; and an absorption tank 11 filled with a KI solution.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
