SOLUTION: The request of editing or correcting the image accompanied with sending the image is received by an image editing order receiving and delivery managing server 30 and on the basis of this request, an image editing order receiving site for the preview display and delivery of the edited or corrected image is provided to a user 20 connected through the Internet 12. The preview display of the edited or corrected image or delivery thereof by saving an image file is performed by initiating an image processing program, which is downloaded from the image editing order receiving and delivery managing server 30 and managed by the image editing order receiving and delivery managing server 30, by a computer 22 of the user 20. As a result, the delivery of the edited image or the like can be more reliably managed.
