Abstract:
To facilitate setting of an image forming apparatus and copying of the setting contents of the image forming apparatus.
A setting information management device 20 fetches color laser printer setting information from the storage element 50 of a toner cartridge 40 attached to a cartridge connecting part 28, registers the fetched setting information into a setting information database 27, and outputs the setting information retrieved from the registered setting information and inputted copying destination printer ID into the storage element 50 of the toner cartridge 40. This facilitates the setting of the image forming apparatus and the copying of the setting contents of the image forming apparatus.
