To provide a device for manufacturing a laminated material 5 for laminated core production that can obtain a laminated core made of the laminated material 5 having a simple structure, superiority in mass production, and high dimensional accuracy by a composition in which a feed roller 6 for intermittent carrying of a hoop material 1 is disposed in a position adjacent to a cutting position 3, the feed roller 6 is driven, for example, by a rotary drive source 13 such as a stepping motor and servo motor, and the cutting width of the cut piece 1A is adjusted by controlling the feed amount by a preset program.
A device for manufacturing a laminated material for laminated core production is configured to continuously cut a carried protruding part of a tip part of a hoop material 1 protruding from a support part 8 which is intermittently carried by an intermittent drive of a feed roller 6. The feed roller 6 is disposed on the front side of the cutting device 3 in the carrying direction and on a position adjacent to the cutting device 3 within allowable tolerance of the feed error. A cutting width of the hoop material 1 is controlled by variably controlling the rotation amount of the feed roller 6 so that the laminated material 5 with high dimensional accuracy in substantially circular form in the side view is obtained.
