Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate and decide an effective part of a detecting signal, which is obtained by a transducer, with a sufficient resolution by generating a mechanical oscillation having an amplitude showing the angular velocity in a transducer, and providing a means for generating the electric detecting signal.
SOLUTION: In a transmitting unit 25 for supplying the exciting signal OSC to a tuning fork 1, an output side of an amplifier 29 is connected to an input side of an all-pass filter 31. In an analog processing stage 27, an oscillating signal OSC and a detecting signal DET are respectively supplied to amplifiers 38, 39 so as to generate the output signal S"(t) for enabling the measurement of the angular velocity of the tuning fork 1, and output sides of the amplifiers 38, 39 are input to an analog mixer 45 through phase converters 41, 43. This signal eliminates the frequency as a multiple of the frequency of an exciting signal OSC, and this signal is transmitted to a low-pass filter for supplying the signal S"(t). Double mixing of the oscillating signal OSC and the detecting signal DET with the third reference signal RFT is desirable so as to improve the resolution.
