Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for measuring calcium hardness enabling calcium hardness in water to be easily measured with high accuracy.SOLUTION: The device for measuring calcium hardness is provided which includes: a measurement part 20 having a calcium ion selective electrode 14 and an electric conductivity cell 16; and a calculation part 19 which on the basis of electric conductivity, performs correction calculation on a calcium hardness value measured by the calcium ion selective electrode. The calculation part performs correction calculation on the calcium hardness value measured by the calcium ion selective electrode, on the basis of correlation between a ratio of the calcium hardness value obtained by the calcium ion selective electrode to the calcium hardness value obtained by a titration method and the electric conductivity.
