Title:
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MEASURING CONCENTRATION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3730497
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the concentration while removing bubbles and solid grains of such sizes as to float and precipitate in a fluid to be measured in a short time in measurement.
SOLUTION: A detecting part 10 is provided with a piping system vertically or obliquely disposed to allow the fluid to be measured flowing in from below, to flow out upward from an upstream piping 11a through an upstream valve 12a, a concentration meter 13, a downstream valve 12b and downstream piping 1b. When an instructing device 21 closes both valves on-line in measurement, bubbles in the measured fluid float, and solid grains precipitate, that is, the bubbles and solid grains are respectively removed from the concentration meter 13 in measurement, so that true value state not containing large bubbles and solid grains can be measured as the concentration of the fluid to be measured.
