Abstract:
To provide a rolling bearing state monitoring device which can predict operation time when a length of a damaged part of a rolling bearing reaches a predetermined length.SOLUTION: A state monitoring device 100 includes: an acceleration sensor 102 for detecting acceleration in an axial direction of a rolling bearing 10; and a diagnosis device 105 for diagnosing a state of the rolling bearing 10. The diagnosis device 105 includes: an estimation unit 106 for estimating a length of a damaged part which is progressing in an axial direction in a region of an orbital plane 20 of a still wheel of the rolling bearing 10 which is in contact with a rolling body 18 on the basis of a feature amount of the acceleration in the axial direction; and a prediction unit 107 for predicting operation time when the length of the damaged part reaches a second length larger than a first length, on the basis of a first length of the damaged part estimated by the estimation unit 106 and operation time of the rolling bearing corresponding to the first length.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
