Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a virtual object operating device and a virtual object operating method which can display a virtual object in a virtual world by three- dimensional computer graphics from an optional viewpoint in a state corresponding to the operation of an object in a real world.
SOLUTION: A three-dimensional position measuring instrument 2 measures the three-dimensional position of an object OB, a camera 5 photographs the marker MK of the object OB, an arithmetic processor 6 calculates the attitude of the object OB from the three-dimensional position of the object OB and the image of the marker MK and changes the display state of the virtual object in a virtual space in accordance with the three-dimensional position and attitude of the object OB.
