Abstract:
To correct the reference value of the output value of a heat flow sensor by widening the dynamic range of the output value of the heat flow sensor.SOLUTION: An output device for a heat flow sensor 100 includes: an offset value calculation unit 41 for calculating an offset value for each of gain magnifications; an amplifier 10 for amplifying the output value of the heat flow sensor HS at a first gain magnification of the gain magnifications; an offset unit 20 for subtracting the offset value corresponding to the first gain magnification from the amplified output value; and an A/D converter 30 for converting the reduced output value into a digital value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
