Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively set a reference position of a matter to be printed in a screen printing machine. SOLUTION: A printing mechanism having a first screen plate at a printing part 2 prints a matter to be printed for the first plate with its position temporarily determined by a conforming part 1. Then, a printing mechanism having a second screen plate at the printing part 2 prints a matter 30a to be printed for adjustment with its position temporarily determined by the conforming part 1. A CCD camera 25 in the printing part detects a sign position printed on the matter 30a to be printed for adjustment. Then, the matter to be printed for the first plate with the sign printed is supplied again to the conforming part 1 as a matter to be printed for the second plate in order for the CCD camera in the conforming part to detect the sign position of the matter to be printed for the second plate. On the basis of a comparison result between a reference detected value concerning the position of the matter 30a to be printed for adjustment detected by the CCD camera 25 in the printing part and an actual detected value concerning the position of the matter to be printed for the second plate detected by the CCD camera in the conforming part, the positioning mechanism of the conforming part 1 is driven to adjust the main position of the matter to be printed for the second plate supplied to the conforming part 1.
