Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for sterilization of products such as foods and cosmetics in a viscous fluid state, eliminating or inhibiting degeneration of a temperature-sensitive compound contained in the products at least to a minimum.SOLUTION: A divice for preparation and sterilization of a viscous fluid (10) which contains an aseptic temperature-sensitive compound (11) diluted in a viscous matrix (12) includes heat treatment units (15,45 and 55) in which the viscous matrix (12) is supplied to be sterilized. The device further includes a mixing unit (17) in which the sterilized viscous matrix (12) and the aseptic temperature-sensitive compound (11) are supplied. The aseptic temperature-sensitive compound (11) is mixed with the sterilized viscous matrix (12) in the mixing unit, so as to produce the viscous fluid (10).
