Abstract:
To easily and accurately form a center hole at an adequate position of a crankshaft blank.
A center hole processing device forms center holes for processing at both end faces of a blank crankshaft 1 and has a main clamper 15, a centripetal chuck 16, and a cutting tool 17. The main clamper 15 holds the blank crankshaft 1 and fixes it. The centripetal chuck 16 is chuckable for both ends of the blank crankshaft 1 in a state of being held at the main clamper 15 and maintained in an attitude of being held at the main clamper 15 for shape measuring of the blank crankshaft 1. The cutting tool 17 forms a center hole at both the ends of the blank crankshaft 1 held at the main clamper 15.
