Abstract:

Data of operating conditions of manufacturing processes of a product and data of items to express characteristics of the product are time- sequentially acquired by using a measuring means, a prescribed processing procedures are performed to the acquired data by a control means based on processing conditions set by using an input means and the processing procedures are recorded in a storage means.
