Next, concerning scenery 24 changing the scenery 21 in lightness, a newly measured optical parameter 25 is compared with the stored optical parameter 22. In this case, since both parameters are different, the change in lightness is judged and the stored background image 23 is updated by a background image 26 picked up with the optical parameter 25. Since the change in lightness is detected from the change of the optical parameter, processing is simplified.
