A classifier system layer 101 is composed of eight classifier systems 111-1 to 111-8 respectively corresponding to eight cells R1-R8 of ommatidium and these systems execute the simulation of specified relation (rule) of genes in the respectively correspondent cells. A mutual operating layer 102 executes the simulation of mutual operation between cells. A diffusion layer 103 executes the simulation of diffusion of protein.
