PURPOSE: To enable high pitch production by filling a groove with fibers coated with a polymerizable resin by winding those fibers around the groove during the rotational driving of a spiral shaft.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of forms 1, 1a, 1b communicate with each other by the portion of a passage or groove 2 and the main direction of a cavity 1 almost shown by a direction 3 forms an angle (i) with respect to the shaft 4 overlapped with the whole rotary shaft of a mandrel 5 constituted of a plurality of cavity portions. This angle (i) is almost equal to the spiral angle of the shaft 4. The forms 1, 1a, 1b are arranged so that one almost continuous groove portion is re-constituted by different groove parts (2, 1a, 2, 1, 2, 1b...). The mandrel 5 wherein a plurality of forms of a type 1 are successively arranged like the forms 1, 1a, 1b is produced. The cast mandrel 5 is variable in its right- hand cross section by winding but a screw thread has at least one continuous groove corresponding to a general form of a screw pitch. By this constitution, a production pitch can be optimized.
