Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a device for forming stuffings such as meat into a product without using an epidermis. CONSTITUTION: A thin and long ribbon 22 of a protein struffing material is packed, extruded and formed by an assembly 21 in which the epidermis of the stuffings is condenced to form the epidermis of protein. The ribbon 22 is cut into plural members 25 in a cutting assembly 24 and carried by a carrier assembly 26 and thereafter, an end part is formed in a desired shape by an end part forming assembly 27 to form a link 88. Then, the link 88 is heated in a heating assembly 28 and a secondary heating assembly 29, final cooking is executed and the link 88 is packed in a packing assembly 31.
