To provide a device and method for producing a small bag packed with a fluid containing solids, capable of filling of a fluid as well as a semifluid without being subject to the restriction of viscosity of a fluid material to enable continuous production of the excellently liquid-tight small bags each packed with the fluid containing the solids without causing biting of the solid at a sealing part of the small bag, thanks to filling into the small bags of the fluid material and the solids from separate nuzzles, respectively.
A small bag forming machine continuously forms a tubular film from a long belt-like packing material 2, succeedingly forms a lateral sealed part separatedly in a longitudinal direction on the tubular film to form the small bag, and succeedingly cuts off the formed small bag. A fluid material filling machine 21 continuously fills the fluid material into a tubular body formed in the small bag through a filling nozzle 24. In parallel with the continuous filling of the fluid material by the fluid material filling machine, a solid supplying machine 31 supplies the solids into the tubular body formed in the small bag through a supply nozzle 39 in synchronization with the forming of the lateral sealed part.
