Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for and a method of producing a solidified block, capable of solving technical problems included in prior art, that is, capable of producing a high-strength solidified block with less crack without using aggregates or much cement at low cost in a shorter time than heretofore.SOLUTION: There is provided a device for producing a solidified block from the lamellar body of a smoothly laid kneaded material. The device comprises a horizontal vibration exciting plate, a vertical guide and a vibration exciter. The vertical guide has a cylindrical sidewall body, whose upper end has an upper opening part and whose lower end has a lower opening part. The horizontal vibration exciting plate is stored in the vertical guide, and is configured slidable therein. Fixation restraining means is provided on the upper opening part, and when pulling the horizontal vibration exciting plate upward, the vertical guide locked by the fixation restraining means is also pulled up.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
