Each of picture plotting head 6a-6c of R, G, B color is fixed to a picture plotting head arm 51a-51c, respectively. Each of arm 51a-51c is fixed to an adjusting plate and each adjusting plate is fixed to one another with a fixing block. In this device, water cooling tubes 61, 62 are attached to the back surface (aluminum plate side) of each picture plotting head 6a-6c and the water cooling tubes 61, 62 are connected to a temp. controlling device to circulate a cooling water. Thereby, generation of heat by the plotting heads 6a-6c is prevented, and consequently, the thermal expansion of the plotting heads 6a-6c is prevented and deviation of the injecting point of the ink is prevented. By controlling the temp. of the plotting head arms by using specified tubes, dimensional changes of the plotting heads arms 51a-51c, especially in the vertical direction is prevented so that changes in the injecting position caused by the changes in the space between the glass substrate and the plotting heads 6a-6c can be prevented.
