Abstract:

To provide an attitude detecting device capable of improving accuracy of attitude estimation of a stick-like member by correcting a gravity direction when the stick-like member is operated at high speed.

A CPU 11 stores acceleration speed, which is acquired by an acceleration sensor 122, generated by gravity in a RAM 15 in an initial static state of a stick unit 10, acquires the acceleration speed, which is acquired by the acceleration sensor 122, generated by movement applied to the stick unit 10 at each fixed timing interval, accumulates the acceleration speed acquired at each fixed timing interval for every predetermined section, and coincides the accumulated acceleration speed with that stored in the RAM 15.
