SOLUTION: This evaluation device for evaluating the operability of an objective device based on the operation of the objective device by a subject comprises a means for defining the initial state of the objective device, a means for defining the objective state of the objective device after operation, an operation specifying means for specifying the operation of the subject against the objective device, a state specifying means for specifying the operating state of the objective device by the operation, a judgment means for judging whether the operating state matches the objective state or not, and a timing means for measuring a time elapsed until the operating state leads to the objective state after the initial state.
