In the device 100 for transferring contents information between a first storage device mounted on a moving body to store contents information and identification information of the contents information and a second storage device set in a place other than the moving body to store contents information and identification information of the contents information, a reception part 101 receives the transfer command of the contents information. A transfer part 102 transfers the contents information identification information together with the contents information both upon reception of a transfer command for transferring the contents information of the first storage device to the second storage device and upon reception of a transfer command for transferring the contents information of the second storage device to the first storage device.
