Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the thickness of the automatic vending machine which has plural columns without decreasing its storage space and to enable an article to be taken out without being damaged.
CONSTITUTION: A front and a rear column are provided in an article storage part, and articles are stacked in each column. A pusher 40 for the front column and a pusher for the rear column which operate associatively with a slider 44 for a 1st Napier screw 42 and a 2nd Napier screw are intruded into the article storage part through the opening of a top surface plate. The pusher 40 for the front column after pushing an article in the front column out of a discharge opening moves back under the article, and then moves up and returns to the initial position at the time of article pushing-out operation. The pusher for the rear column after pushing an article in the rear column out to the front column pushes a next article in the rear column back a little and then moves back below the article to move up and return to the initial position at the time of the article pushing-out operation. While the pusher 41 for the rear column performs pushing-out cyclic movement once, the pusher 40 for the front column performs pushing-out cyclic movement twice.
