At a point of time when the user notices an input mistake, the user carries out minimum required modification of the data and transmits the data again, by using the form for re-inputting and the registration confirming list previously downloaded for backup purposes, or the form for re-inputting and the registration confirming list callable by referring to the place (URL) where they are disposed. If modified data are inputted in the server 1, the CGI executing part 2 executes the program and renews the data of the storage part 11.
