This organism information registration device for registering the organism information of a registered person based on an authentication by registration operators comprises a fingerprint authentication sensor 12 for detecting the fingerprint information of the registration operators, a card I/F device 14B for reading the fingerprint information of the registration operators from an IC card 300 having the fingerprint information of the registration operators recorded therein, a fingerprint collating module 25 collating the fingerprint information of the registration operators detected by the fingerprint authentication sensor 12 with the fingerprint information of the registration operators read by using the card I/F device 14B, a fingerprint authentication sensor 11 for registered person detecting the fingerprint information of the registered person when it is detected by the fingerprint collation module 25 that both information match with each other, and a card I/F device 10A for recording the organism information of the registered person detected by the fingerprint authentication sensor 11 for the registered personnel in an IC card 200 for the registered person.
