Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly and reliably cleanse attachments, such as sediment and soil cement, attached to the inner surface of a hollow pile 5 over the whole inner surface of the hollow part 5 while discharging the cleansed attachments and slurry to the outside (the ground) reliably for removal.SOLUTION: A device for removing attachment on an inner surface of a hollow pile comprises a cylindrical elevating body 1 for reciprocating inside a hollow pile 5, an annular jet pipe 2 that is attached to the elevating body 1 and that has a plurality of injection nozzles 6 facing the inner surface of the hollow pile 5, a scraper 3 a tip edge of which is pressed against the inner surface of the hollow pile 5 when the elevating body 1 is elevated or lowered, and a guide wheel 4 for allowing the elevating body 1 to maintain a predetermined interval to the inner surface of the hollow pile 5, and when the elevating body 1 is elevated or lowered in the hollow pile 5, cleansing fluid supplied to the jet pipe 2 is jetted to the inner surface of the hollow pile 5 from the injection nozzles 6 and attachments on the inner surface of the hollow pile 5 is scraped by the scraper 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
