To provide a removing device capable of inexpensively and securely removing white smoke generated from a steam emission source by a simple structure.
The device 1 for removing white smoke generated from the steam emission source 4 includes: an air blower 2 for taking in and sending outside air; an air sending flow passage 3 for sending the outside air taken in by the air blower 2; a mixing-stirring flow passage 7 communicating a steam discharge flow passage 5 of the steam emission source 4 with the air sending flow passage 3, mixing steam discharged from the steam discharge flow passage 5 with outside air sent via the air sending flow passage 3 and stirring the mixed outside air and steam by a stirring device 6 provided therein; and a discharge port 8 provided downstream of the mixing-stirring flow passage 7.
