To provide a screening device of fine particles, capable of efficiently searching targeted fine particles from many fine particles, and selectively and efficiently recovering them.
A measuring section 14 has fine particles M of a tip 90 for measurement irradiated with a light L and makes fluorescence generated from the fine particles M. A moving section 16 is mounted with the tip 90 for measurement and a recovery plate 80, moves in a first direction (X-direction) with respect to the measuring section 14 and the second direction (Y-direction) orthogonal to the first direction, and can be positioned. A recovering section 13 has a suction/delivery capillary 140, that moves in the vertical direction (Z direction) orthogonal to the first direction and the second direction, and can be positioned. The suction/delivery capillary 140 selectively suctions all the fine particles M, including the fine particles M1 that emit fluorescence, and discharges them to a predetermined position of the recovery plate 80; and in this manner, the fine particles M are recovered.
