Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to seal up a sting in the blood vessel and a device for practicing the method.
SOLUTION: This is a device 17 for inserting a hemostatic material outward through a tissue channel 9 of a patient, who has a sting on a position where a blood vessel wall neighbors the tissue channel 9. This device includes a hollow sheath matched to charge the hemostatic material and to pass through a tissue channel. The sheath has a sectional shape larger than the sting. This device places the hemostatic material in the hollow sheath and the hemostatic material is propelled through the sheath to the outside of the blood vessel wall around the sting.
