To provide a mine searching device for searching and removing a mine safely and quickly.
The device has: a flying means, which flies in the air, a position detecting means, which detects a present position; a first recording means, which records information related to a scheduled flying course; a generating means, which generates a signal for correcting the flight direction from the information about the detected position and the flying course; a control means, which controls the flight; based on the generated signal, a searching means, which searches a mine in the flight, and a second recording means, which records the results of search, associating it with the searched position. By the results of search of a mine within a range of having flied by automatic navigation being recorded beforehand, being associated with the position of search, a worker can open an area, where the safety is confirmed, to local residents by going later to only a site where a mine was detected, and completing the work of mine removal.
