Based on information sent from a cursor operating part 1, a control part 3 judges whether the cursor exists in the prescribed area or not. When the cursor exists in that area, the display style of the menu is controlled by performing processing such as changing the rotating speed of a selected rotation menu. A menu display part 5 displays the menu effective for the respective pictures of a set application and rotationally displays respective menus according to an instruction sent from a menu operating part 2 and at the same time, the menus are displayed while changing the rotating speed according to an instruction from the control part 3. Thus, a user can easily know the selectable rotation menu.
