Abstract:
To provide a device for sheet transport which is improved in the incapability of performing transport detection due to a small amount of change in location information or speed information used in transport detection of a recording material such as a thin paper small in load change upon transporting a recording material and adapted to control a motor based on location information or speed information and perform transport detection of the recording material.SOLUTION: A device for sheet transport is allowed for transport detection of a thin paper or the like while maintaining the transport accuracy, by changing the control gain of location control or speed control based on a transport detection signal for a recording material on a recording material transport device and increasing the amount of change of location information or speed information upon transporting the recording material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
