To solve such a problem that plastic pieces recovered separately by kinds in vessels are carried by a conveyor but because the plastic pieces are charged, the same remaining by sticking to the conveyor are generated and removing work thereof is necessary and, when a worker touches the plastic pieces, an unpleasant feeling is caused by an electric stimulus and discharge is easily caused between the vessel, the plastic pieces and earth and also such danger is caused that a spark is generated.

Deelectrification means 21 for removing electric charge of plastic pieces 1a, 1b after electrostatic separation are provided in the insides of a first recovery chamber 18 and a second recovery chamber 19. The plastic pieces 1a, 1b are deelectrified by the deelectrification means 21. Thereby, when plastic pieces 1a, 1b are carried by belt conveyors 27, 28, the same are easily released and removing work is omitted. Even if a worker touches the plastic pieces 1a, 1b, discharge is prevented from being caused without receiving electric stimulus and generation of a spark and danger of explosion are prevented.
