To provide a device and a method for spraying water by adding a hydraulic pressure to the inside of a pipe.
The device 1 and the method for spraying water which includes an outer pipe 2, an inner pipe 3 arranged inside the outer pipe, a water spraying pipe 4 arranged to be connected to one opening end of the inner pipe 3, a water receiving opening 7 installed at the opening at the bottom of the outer pipe 2, and a water feeding pipe 8 installed at the opening at the top of the outer pipe 2, are provided with an opening and closing means 40 installed inside the inner pipe 3 capable of feeding water to the water spraying pipe 4 by the pressure of water fed from the water receiving opening 7, a large-size inner pipe part 10 capable of moving inside the outer pipe 2 by the pressure of water fed to the outer pipe, a small-size pipe part 11 and a water feeding passage 31, and are further provided with a water introducing pipe at the upper opening of the water feeding pipe 8, and another device for spraying water which is connected to the upper part of the water introducing pipe.
