Abstract:
PURPOSE: To supply powder with high accuracy by supplying the powder little by little by preventing the aggregation of the powder.
CONSTITUTION: A slide tube 19 which extends the powder flow passage of a feeder tube 11 is mounted on the tube 11 in a slidable state. A lid body 22 which forms a prescribed opened area by partially closing the powder flowing- out port of the tuber 19 is provided at a position immediately before the maximum extended position of the tube 19. A dispersing coil 27 which can rotate independently from a screw 12 in the feeder tube 11 is provided. The coil 27 has a coil-like spiral structure and pushes and disperses powder when the coil 27 is rotated at a high speed. When the coil 27 is rotated at a low speed, the coil 27 only disperses the powder. The flowing-out amount of the powder is reduced as the extending length of the tube 19 increases. When the powder is supplied little by little, especially, the powder separated into individual particles flows out not by the driving force of the screw 12, but by the fluidity of the powder itself. Therefore, the powder can be supplied with high accuracy, because aggregated lumps of powder are not supplied.
