In a body posture supporting method, the partial linking/connecting organization of a foamed urethane cushion body with ventilation is divided so as to reduce side pressure stress. Then, a cushion inclining function at the specified position of a cushion body is arbitrarily changed, so that body pressure is distributed and the ventilation function is raised. The foamed urethane cushion body with ventilation is defined as a basis, and individual cushion blocks in various forms constituted of the foamed urethan material with ventilation are arrayed/arranged in the upper part of the basis, and supported by a ventilation frame part, enclosed by an extendable armoring part with ventilation, so that a posture support part is obtained.
