SOLUTION: A data dividing means 114 divides plural data, stored in a data base 121 for control model constitution supporting device 100, into plural data parts having no statistical interval and stores them in respective data bases of a divisional data base 12. With one divided data part, a model constituting means 115 constitutes the control model and with other data, a model evaluating means 116 evaluates the constituted control model.
