To reduce a generating level of a pulsation of fluid, by connecting first/second centrifugal pumps to a tank through a pipe, and controlling a phase of rotation of each centrifugal pump in accordance with a measuring signal from the first/second pulsation sensors mounted in each pipe.
First/second centrifugal pumps 1a, 1b are connected to a tank 9 respectively by each pipe 10, 11, and each fluid pulsation sensor 12, 13 measuring a pulsation of fluid is mounted in each pipe 10, 11. Each sensor 12, 13 is connected to an input side of a phase controller 16 by each input side signal wire 14, 15, and this output side is connected to each pump 1a, 1b by each output side signal wire 17, 18. Further in the phase controller 16, a signal from each sensor 12, 13 is input, a signal changing a phase of rotation of each pump 1a, 1b is output, and each fluid pulsation generation wave is controlled so as to be in a reverse phase. In this way, each fluid pulsation generation wave is overlapped into a pulsation synthetic wave, and the pulsation of fluid is reduced.
