Abstract:
To provide a device and a method by mechanically performing the operations for taking out electrode plats and baked bread.
A mold frame electrode bread baker composite body is tentatively held with a holding mechanism 201, electrode plate-holding mechanisms 204 and 207 that are set on the top ends of rotary arms 202 and 205 are used to allow the body to rotate in one direction whereby the body is moved in close to electrodes E1 and E2. Then, it is allowed to rotate in its reverse direction to pull out the electrode plates E1 and E2 and the pulling-out motion is utilized to take out the baked bread B1 and the bread B1 is conveyed with a belt conveyer 208 to the following position.
