To eliminate the need for preliminary excitation before each vibration test, even if the weight of an object to be tested changes among the respective tests in vibration tests of the object to be tested in a 1 freedom degree system.

A vibration testing device 100 places the object 13 to be tested in a 1 freedom degree system on a table 1 and excites the object to be tested by a shaker 2 for excitation tests. The vibration testing device includes: a servo control unit 4 for controlling the shaker 2; an excitation control unit 3 for controlling the servo control unit; a load sensor 11 for detecting a load applied from the shaker to the table; and a displacement sensor 5 and an acceleration sensor 6 for detecting the displacement of the table. The excitation control unit includes: a means of computing a transfer function of a system with the servo control unit and the table as ending and starting points, respectively; and a means of correcting the transfer function of a system obtained by the computation by the weight of the object to be tested and a load applied to the object to be tested.
