Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal prediction device and a thermal prediction method for a blast furnace in which high prediction accuracy of molten iron temperature can be maintained constantly.SOLUTION: A similarity calculating unit 55 calculates the similarity of the time variation of the actual value of the plurality of operating conditions in the time variation data set with respect to the time variation of the operating condition of the blast furnace at the time of prediction of the molten iron temperature. A thermal prediction formula preparation unit 56 uses the time variation of the actual value of the operation condition in the time variation data set and the similarity calculated by the similarity calculation unit 55 to prepare a prediction formula of the time variation of the molten iron temperature indicating a relation between the time variation of the blast furnace operating condition and the time variation of the molten iron temperature. A thermal prediction unit 57 substitutes the time variation of the operating condition of the blast furnace at the time of prediction into the prediction formula prepared by the thermal prediction formula preparation unit 56 to predict the time variation of the molten iron temperature at the time of prediction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
