Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for transferring data, with which system performance is improved by reducing the number of times of DRAM access in data transfer processing, the operating clock of the device is improved without improving the operating clocks of a DRAM and a DRAM control circuit, and a data transfer state equal with the execution of interpolating processing to a data omission is provided without increasing the required capacity of a FIFO buffer.
SOLUTION: This device is provided with an SRAM 6 for designating a storage position corresponding to how many times synchronizing data are transferred and for storing data at that designated storage position and an SRAM controller 100 for controlling the storage or read of data by generating a storage address showing the storage position on the SRAM 6 and a read address for reading the data out of the storage position.
