Abstract:
To provide a device and method for winding a hose allowed to efficiently perform winding of a hose onto a drum body and inhibit a hose wound up on the drum body from disordering in winding more positively.SOLUTION: A hose winder 1 of a turret type comprises drum bodies 4A, 4B attached at longitudinal both ends of an arm 2 and respective exclusive rotating motors 6a, 6b therefor attached on the arm 2, so as to vertically swivel the arm 2 about a swivel shaft 2a using a swiveling motor 3. By controlling the rotating motor 6a through a control unit 9 such that relative rotation of the drum body 4A about a rotation shaft 5a is not allowed during a movement of the drum body 4A on which the hose H is wound up from a winding position P1 to a removal position P2, a drum circumferential position of a terminal end He of the hose H wound up on the drum body 4A is maintained at a predetermined position, thereby inhibiting the hose H from disordering in winding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
