The device for fine recessed part working is equipped with a holder 10 which is coaxially mounted on a main shaft 3 and is made integrally rotatable and axially movable, a plurality of working rollers 11 which are supported by the holder 20, rotate around a roller shaft 12 and include fine irreglarities in their outer peripheral parts, and a pushing section 15 which pushes each fine irregularity of the working rollers to the inner peripheral surface Ba of a cylinder bore B aligned to an axis L of rotation of the holder 10. The three working rollers 11 are arranged to offset from each other in the axial direction. The trajectory T of the preceding working roller 11A existing on the axial progression side of the holder 10 and the trajectory of the succeeding working roller 11B following the preceding working roller 11A are made controllable so as to be aligned to each other.
